2. CHOL/434/2025 in TS/84/2015 Mr. Akshay Mhaske i/b Khare Legal Chambers, Advocate for the Petitioner.

P.C.:

1. The present Chamber Order is filed by M/s. Khare Legal Chambers for discharge as Advocates for Defendants in Testamentary Suit No. 84 of 2015 on the ground that they do not have instructions as well as payments of professional fees in the aforesaid Suit from the Defendants. In view thereof, they have written a letter dated 08.10.2021 to the Defendant No. 1 informing therein to make payment of professional fees and to collect papers in the aforesaid Suit, however Defendants have not responded to the Advocates. In view thereof, they are seeking discharge in the matter.

2. Today, Advocate Shilpa G. Talhar appeared on instructions of Defendants and states that she will be filing Vakalatnama for Defendants in the above Testamentary Suit.

3. The Ld. Advocate for the Defendants tendered Affidavit proving service of Chamber Order with Affidavit in support thereof to the Defendants, which is taken on record.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. M/s. Khare Legal Chambers, Advocates are hereby discharged as Advocates for Defendants in Testamentary Suit No. 84 of 2015. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Khare Legal Chambers as Advocates for Defendants in Testamentary Suit No. 84 of 2025.
