By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the schedule annexed.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the deceased died living behind his mother, father and sister. She further submits that the Petition is filed by the father of the deceased who falls under Clause II, Entry 1 of Schedule to Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and the father is not entitled to file the Petition since the mother of deceased is alive. She, therefore, prays that, the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support dated 1st August 2025. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within two weeks from today.
