1. The present Chamber Order is filed by M/s. NDB Law for discharge as Advocates for Plaintiff in Suit No. 131 of 2025.

2. As directed in Order dated 22.09.2025, the Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff has filed Additional Affidavit in support of Chamber Order mentioning therein the grounds for which the discharge is sought by the Advocate for the Plaintiff. It is stated in the Additional Affidavit that despite several reminders, the Plaintiff has not been forthcoming with the necessary instructions required for the effective prosecution of the aforesaid Suit. It is further stated that upon enquiry with the representative of the Plaintiff, the Advocate was informed that certain differences and internal disputes have arisen between the managing partners and hence, he is unable to take instructions and communicate the same to the Advocate. Due to absence of appropriate instructions, the Advocate is placed in a position of professional difficulty and unable to act, appear and plead for the Plaintiff in above Suit. By email dated 10.06.2025, the

3. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff states that they served Chamber Order alongwith Affidavit in support thereof and also Additional Affidavit through email as well by registered post, to the Plaintiff. He tenders Affidavit of service dated 29.09.2025 to that effect. The same is taken on record.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.

M/s. NDB Law, Advocates are hereby discharged as Advocates for Plaintiff in Suit No. 131 of 2025. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. NDB Law as Advocates for Plaintiff in Suit No. 131 of 2025.
