1. As directed in order dated 11.02.2026, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant has replaced page - 7 of the Chamber Order. The Ld.

Advocate for the Applicant has filed Affidavit of service dated 04.02.2026 proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof on the Advocate Mr. Ashish Pawar, on 21.02.2026 as per the tracking report annexed to the Affidavit of service.

2. None present for Advocate Mr. Ashish Pawar.

3. This Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocate Ashish Pawar, Advocate for Defendant Nos. 19 to 23. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the said Advocate did not take steps in the matter despite visited on several occasions to his office. The Defendant Nos. 19 to 20, therefore, intend to discharge the said Advocate and intend to appoint new Advocate, Mr. Prakash Sutar to appear in the aforesaid Suit No. 56 of 2016.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate Mr. Ashish
