16. CHOL/457/2025 IN Ms. Manisha Gawade, AGP for Respondent No. 1 WP(L)/24477/2022 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 06.05.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S. Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that vide order dated 06.05.2025, six weeks time was granted to remove office objections and most of the objections, except re-typing of the illegible pages, were complied.

Ld. Advocate for Petitioner argued that due to summer vacation they could not remove office objections within time. Moreover, there was lack of communication between concerned person in the office. He further submits that there is delay of 20 days in filing captioned Chamber Order which was unintentional and it may be condoned and captioned Petition may be restored to file.

Today, Ld. AGP for Respondent No. 1 is present. She submits that appropriate order may be passed. It is pertinent to note that during vacation departments are working hence, aforesaid reason that office objections could not be removed due to summer vacation, is not justifiable. Be that may be. In the interest of justice, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed subject to .... 2
