By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon (1) Akshay Mohnot, grandson of the deceased, and (2) Anita Bhandari w/o. Sukash Bhandari, married granddaughter of the deceased by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Economic Times Jaipur" in English Language and in "Prabhat Abhinandan" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit in support that, the notice send for service through the bailiff have returned back unserved with a postal remark "incomplete address". It is further stated that, the bailiff has filed an affidavit of service is on record. The Applicant therefore, requested to permit him to publish the notice in two newspapers viz. "Economic Times Jaipur" in English Language and in "Prabhat

Abhinandan" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, widely circulated in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the notice send for service upon (1) Akshay Mohnot, grandson of the deceased, and (2) Anita Bhandari w/o. Sukash Bhandari, married granddaughter of the deceased could not be served. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 4 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the notice in two newspapers viz. "Economic Times Jaipur" in English Language and in "Prabhat Abhinandan" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi widely circulated in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, by way of substituted service of notice upon (1) Akshay Mohnot, grandson of the deceased, and (2) Anita Bhandari w/o. Sukash Bhandari, married granddaughter of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the notice is published within two weeks thereafter.
