By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support dated 9th September 2025. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit in support that, pursuant to the Order dated 14th July, 2025, the name of Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 is required to be deleted from the title of Petition and para No. 4 has they are the sisters of the deceased. 3.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioners No. 2 and 3 are the sister of the deceased and not entitled to file the Petition. He further submits that, the Applicant is the mother of the deceased who is aged at about 74 years and unable to travel. He, therefore, prays that, reverification of the Petition be dispensed with.

For the reasons, mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to amend the Petition and consequential amendments as per the schedule annexed to the
