Ms. Vahista Jagirdar, Advocate for the respondent.
P.C.:
It appears that the applicants filed present Chamber Order, challenging Order dated 31.01.2019, whereby they were directed to remove office objections within three weeks from the date of decision of Notice of Motion taken out for condonation of delay. It appears that Notice of Motion was decided on 21.11.2022 and the applicant filed present Chamber Order on 26.09.2025. Though there is inordinate delay in filing present Chamber Order, the concerned Scrutiny Officer did not raise office objection to that effect. Therefore, the concerned Master (Admn.) is directed to give reasons of non-scrutiny of present Chamber Order properly.
Stand over to 03.11.2025.
