By the present Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks leave to delete the name of Defendant No. 1 Ranjit Jamanadas Thakkar, Defendant No. 4 Mulraj Purshottam Kabali, Defendant No. 5 Chandrakant Purshottam Kabali and Defendant No. 6 Vishnu Purshottam Kabali and amend the address of the Defendant Nos. 13 14 and 17 as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

It appears from the affidavit in support that, the Applicant writ of summons send to the Defendant Nos. 1 and 4 to 6 are returned by the Postal department with a remark "Deceased" and it is further stated in the affidavit that the writ of summons send for service upon Defendant Nos. 12 to 15 returned back with postal remark "Addressee moved" and Defendant Nos. 22 to 27 returned back with postal remark "Insufficient address". Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant be permitted to amend the Chamber Order as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately.

Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from the date of uploading the Order.
