By the present Chamber Order the Plaintiffs seeks leave to serve the writ of summons upon Dilip Chandrakant Kabali Defendant No. 12, Kamlaxi Chandrakant Kabali Defendant No. 15, Pranav Vishnu Kabali, Defendant No. 16, Ibrahim Mohhamad, Defendant No. 22, Anis Ahmad, Defendant No. 23, Omprakash Chatursing, Defendant No. 24, Hasan Rajak, Defendant No. 25, Chatursing Ramshing, Defendant No. 26 and E. Ma. Ahmed Solarafiq, Defendant No. 27 by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to this Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. It is stated in the affidavit in support that, the writ of summons were transmitted by Registered Post to the abovenamed Defendant Nos. 12, 15, 16, 22 to 27 through the Sheriff of Bombay and the same were returned with remarks "insufficient address". The Bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay filed affidavit of service dated 10th March, 2025.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs submit that, the writ of summons could not be served upon the abovenamed

Defendants. He, therefore, prays that, the Plaintiffs be permitted to serve the writ of summons by way of substituted service as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Plaintiffs to serve the writ of summons within three weeks from today and file the affidavit of service.
