By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to delete the name of the Original Defendant No. 3 as per the schedule annexed thereto.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiffs submits that, the Defendant No. 3 viz. Chandrakant Ganpat Chury expired on 14th August 2025. He further submits that, the legal heirs of the Defendant No. 3 has already been added as party Defendant No. 1a and 2. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed and reverification of the Plaint be dispensed with as the Plaintiff is 71 years old and unable to travel.

The Ld. Advocate for the Defendant Nos. 1a and 2 has no objection in allowing the Chamber Order.
