14. CHOL/488/2025 IN TP(L)/37433/2022 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the Applicant for restoration of the Petition as vide Order dated 26.05.2025, Petition got rejected under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of Chamber Order. It is contended therein that the Applicant has complied with Order dated 26.05.2025, inspite of that department has rejected their Petition.

Upon perusal of record, it appears that all office objections are not removed and the Applicant has failed to comply office objection Nos. 12 and 13; which shows negligence on the part of Advocate for Applicant. Be that may be. In the interest of justice, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The Petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered on or before 28.10.2025, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
