IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY TESTAMENTARY & INTESTATE JURISDICTION CHAMBER ORDER NO. 488 OF 2025 IN TESTAMENTARY PETITION (L) NO. 37433 OF 2022 Perused Praecipe dated 12.11.2025 submitted by Advocate for Applicant and contents mentioned therein. It is contended in the praecipe that all office objections were complied on 28.10.2025, however, Registry raised further objections on the same date, regarding maintainability of the Petition. It is further stated that the matter will be listed on 28.11.2025, before the Hon'ble Court, for consideration on dispensation of the aforesaid objection. In view of the averments made in the said praecipe, in the interest of justice, again, by way of super last chance, time is granted to remove office objections in Petition and get the same registered and / or numbered, is extended till 05.12.2025, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
