By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petition was filed by Lydia Pauline Carvalho, sister-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that, since sister-in-law is not entitled to pursue the petition, Ms. Patricia Geraldine Carvalho, niece of the deceased intends to pursue the petition. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendment within a week from today.

For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment on or before 16th October 2025.
