By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, since the property is not jointly owned by the deceased, the name of the deceased No. 2 Vandana Sunder Mirchandani is to be deleted from the Petition. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order is allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
