By the present Chamber Order the Applicants seek permission to delete the name of Defendant No. 1 Vinayak Govind Sandu who has expired on 3rd February 2025 and bring the proposed Defendant No. 1a. Smt. Tara Vinayak Sandu as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. 3.

Amendment to be carried out as per schedule within four weeks from today.
