By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment in the title of the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 3 Clive Samuel Vedamuthu is the son of the deceased whose name was wrongly incorporated in the title of the Petition. She, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and reverification be dispensed with.
