P.C.:

1. The present Chamber Order is filed by the Plaintiff through Constituted Attorney Chandangauri C. Navalkar for discharge of his Advocates M/s. Deepak Chitnis Chiparikar & Co. in Suit No. 618 of 1967. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the Plaintiff wanted to engage another Advocate and hence he had requested his Advocates M/s. Deepak Chitnis Chiparikar & Co. to give their NOC, however, neither the Plaintiff nor his Constituted Attorney had received NOC or reply to the letter dated 20.01.2025 from the aforesaid Advocates.

2. Chamber Order alongwith Affidavit in support is served on the aforesaid Advocates through Speed Post. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant has filed Affidavit of service to that effect.

3. None present on behalf of aforesaid Advocates though served and though their name is shown on the cause-list.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed

Deepak Chitnis Chiparikar & Co. are hereby discharged as Advocates for the Plaintiff in Suit No. 618 of 1967. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Deepak Chitnis Chiparikar & Co. as Advocates for the Plaintiff in Suit No. 618 of 1967.
