By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petition was filed by the Petitioner who is not a beneficiary under the Will of the deceased. He further submits that, the Applicant is the beneficiary under the Will of the deceased and the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within four weeks from the date of the uploading the Order.
