The present Chamber Order is taken out by Shri S.V. Uttamchandani, Advocate for the Defendant No. 4 for discharge as per Rule 188 of the Bombay High Court, Original Side Rules, 1980. 2.

Heard. Ld. Advocate submits that, by his email dated 4th September 2023 requested Defendant No. 4 to appoint another Advocate and send the Vakalatnama of the new Advocate. He further submits that, various emails had been exchanged between themselves, till date the Defendant No. 4 did not appoint a new lawyer. He further submits that, by his last email dated 29th September 2025 again requested the Defendant No. 4 to appoint a new lawyer and till date no new Advocate is appointed. The Ld. Advocate further submits that, the Defendant No. 4 is not taking any steps to appoint a new lawyer and also not giving any instructions in the matter. He further submits that, the Chamber Order has been served upon the Defendant No. 4 and affidavit of service dated 8th October 2025 is annexed to the Chamber Order. Therefore, he prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and he may be discharged as Advocate of the Defendant No. 4 in the Suit No. 882 of 2016.

In view of the above, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Ld. Advocate is requested to intimate the Defendant No. 4 about the Order of discharged of Advocate. 10.10.2025 Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl.
