By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment in the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the petition was filed by the grandson of the deceased. She further submits that, since the brother of the deceased husband is the legal heirs as per Section 15 (I) (b) read with Rule 3 of Section 17 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, the name of the present Petitioner is to be deleted and Applicant be made as Petitioner. She, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately.
