By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Schedule I to the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the properties shown in the schedule to the Chamber Order are required to be deleted from the Schedule I to the Petition, on the ground that the said properties were transferred before filing the petition. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed. 3.
