Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Chamber Order and Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that vide conditional Order dated 17.06.2025, Applicant was directed to remove office objections within four weeks. However, office objections were raised late due to which the Applicant could not remove office objections within time. It is further contended that there is delay of 29 days in filing present Chamber Order which may be condoned.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that grave loss would cause to the Petitioner if the Petition is not allowed to restore. Hence, she prays that present Chamber Order may be allowed.

In view of above, I am of the view that the Applicant has made out a case for restoration of captioned Petition.

In view thereof, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
