1. The present Chamber Order is filed by the Petitioners through Advocates M/s. Jhangiani Narula and Associates for discharging their Advocates M/s. BNS Legal appearing in Writ Petition No. 2943 of 2025 on the grounds more particularly stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order. The Petitioners, inter-alia, stated that Advocates did not conduct the abovementioned Writ Petition properly and also not taken timely action.

The Applicants/Petitioners lost trust in the Advocate and decided to engage another Advocate. Despite making several requests and sending emails to the Advocate for giving NOC and returning papers, the Advocate neglected to do so.

2. M/s. BNS Legal filed Affidavit in reply dated 22.12.2025, which is taken on record, denying the allegations made in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order.

3. Heard Ld. Advocates for Applicants and the Advocate on record for Petitioners. Since, the Petitioners are not interested to continue their Advocates on record in the aforesaid Writ Petition, it is necessary to discharge their

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Advocate. Accordingly, Chamber Order is allowed and Signed separately. Advocates M/s. BNS Legal is hereby discharged as Advocates for the Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 2943 of 2025. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. BNS Legal as Advocates for the Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 2943 of 2025.
