1. The present Chamber Order is filed by M/s. Mulla and Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, Advocates for their discharge as Advocates for Defendant No. 1 in Suit No.

342 of 2022. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that by email dated 07.03.2025, Defendant No. 1 has informed to the Advocates that the said Company is taken over by the Sarda Group and requested the Advocates to return the brief with NOC at the earliest. Accordingly, M/s. Mulla and Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe have given their No Objection on the Vakalatnama of Ms. Vaishali D. Padale and Ms. Sarika Singh in the aforesaid Suit. Email dated 07.03.2025 as also copy of Vakalatnama is annexed to the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order.

2. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.

Advocates M/s. Mulla and Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe are hereby discharged as Advocates for Defendant No. 1 in Suit No.

342 of 2022. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Mulla and Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe as Advocates for Defendant No. 1 in Suit No. 342 of 2022.
