The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 09.09.2025, rejecting captioned Interim Application under O.S.Rule 986 for noncompliance of office objections. Ld. Advocate for the applicant made a statement that respondents were served with the Chamber Order and Affidavit of Service is e-filed. Despite service, none appeared for the respondents.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that all office objections were complied with, save and except objection with regard to Suit to be numbered first.

Thereafter, suit was numbered, therefore, the applicant was in bonafide impression that now Interim Application would also be numbered.

However, it was numbered and rejected by Conditional Order.

Reasons mentioned in Affidavit appear to be bonafide and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical ground. However, upon perusal of record and proceedings, office objections were not complied with by filing compliance praecipe as contended in Affidavit. Hence, it would be just and proper to impose certain cost on the applicant, so that, the applicant would be more diligent in pursuing with the matter. Hence, in the interest of justice, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,500/- to 'The High Court Employees

Upon payment of cost, Interim Application be restored to file and the applicant to remove office objections of Interim Application and get the same registered/numbered within two working weeks from the date of payment of cost, failing Interim Application to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
