1. This Chamber Order is taken out by the Defendant Society for discharge of Advocate APS Law Associates on the ground that in a Special General Body Meeting held on 18.05.2025, the Society members have resolved to discharge APS Law Associates and appoint new Advocate to represent the Society in Suit No. 224 of 2010.

2. The Ld. Advocate of APS Law Associates raised an objection on the ground that their Professional Fees are not paid by the Defendant Society as per memo raised on date 20.08.2025. The representatives of Society state that they will place the memo of fees in their next meeting and will pay the professional fees, as may be decided in the said meeting.

3. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Chamber Order is allowed. M/s. APS
