Ganpat Bala Gavankar v. Akshay Anant Ghanekar

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY TESTAMENTARY AND INTESTATE JURISDICTION CHAMBER ORDER NO. 564 OF 2025 IN CAVEAT (L) NO. 11895 OF 2025 Perused Praecipe dated 23.03.2026 submitted by Advocate for Caveator and contents mentioned therein. It is contended in the praecipe that vide Order dated 02.12.2025, two weeks time was granted to remove office objections in Caveat from the date of decision of Interim Application (L) No. 39586 of 2025. which was allowed on 06.03.2026. As per Order dated 02.12.2025, time to remove office objections was till 23.03.2026. However, as the office objections could not be complied within time, Ld. Advocate has prayed for extension of time.

On considering contents of Praecipe, in the interest of justice, by way of super last chance, time granted to remove office objections in Caveat and get the same registered and / or numbered, is extended till 06.04.2026, failing Caveat to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
