Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the deceased died as spinster and there are some amendments to be carried out in the Petition and prays that the Chamber Oder be allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within two weeks from today.
