The prayer clause (a) is concerning valuation report submitted by the Valuer M/s Neelam Arch. However, prima facie, the valuation is made without taking into consideration the Order dated 3rd December 2025 passed by this Court in Interim Application (Lodging) No. 37139 of 2025 filed by Vallabhnagar Cooperating Housing Society Ltd. 3.

Accordingly, Mr. Durgadas S. Choudhari, Deputy Sheriff of Mumbai, who is present in Court seeks withdrawal of the Sheriff's Report No.55 of 2025 dated 10th December 2025. He submits that fresh Sheriff's Report will be filed along with fresh valuation report. However, all contentions concerning valuation are expressly kept open.

Such fresh Sheriff's Report be filed on or before 17th December 2025.

Sheriff's Report No.55 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn. 6.
