By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment in the title of the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petition was filed by the Petitioner who is the daughter-in-law of the deceased and she is a Class II heir of deceased No. 2 and not entitled to file a Petition. He further submits that, the Applicant being a Class I heir of the deceased has filed the present Chamber Order to substitute him as Petitioner by deleting the name of his mother, the present Petitioner. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendment and consequential amendments as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment and consequential amendment as per the schedule, within two weeks from today.
