By this preacipe dated 19th November 2025 it is brought to my notice that wrong Order has been uploaded on 13th November 2025. Perused the Chamber Order. Order dated 13th November 2025 stands corrected as under:

By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon ALL CONCERNED legal heirs of the deceased by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Janmbhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit that, the parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased and her husband Mr. Vinitkumar Popatlal Parikh passed away on 18th December 2023. It is further stated that, Mr. Maulik Vinitkumar Parikh son of the deceased died on 25th

December 1992 as bachelor and the deceased do not have any daughter. It is further stated that, the Applicant has made diligent search for getting any other address of the relatives but none have been found. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit him to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Janmbhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased and her husband Mr. Vinitkumar Popatlal Parikh passed away on 18th December 2023. He further submits that, Mr. Maulik Vinitkumar Parikh son of the deceased died on 25th December 1992 as bachelor and the deceased do not have any daughter and the Applicant has made diligent search for getting any other address of the relatives but none have been found. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 8 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Janmbhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of citation upon ALL CONCERNED, legal heirs of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.

Registry is directed to issue fresh citation, if required. 8.
