By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment in the title of the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, subsequent to the filing of the above Execution Application, the name of the Applicant firm has been changed and its registered office has been shifted. She further submits that, the address of Judgment Debtor also required to be corrected and also the Column J of the Execution Application is also required to be amended as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. She, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 3.

For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per the schedule, within two weeks from today. 17.11.2025 Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master sbk
