By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon (1) Leela Vitthal and (2) Pramila Jaisingh Dhanawade Sisters of the deceased by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the Petition that, the deceased died as issueless and husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Parents of the husband of the deceased also predeceased. Husband had no brothers and sisters and deceased had three sisters and no brothers. The Applicant has stated in affidavit that, the present whereabouts of (1) Leela Vitthal and (2) Pramila Jaisingh Dhanawade, Sisters of the deceased is not known to the Applicant. It is further stated that, the Applicant had tried to locate the whereabouts of abovenamed legal heirs from relatives, family members and friends but inspite of

her efforts she did not hear of them from anyone. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit him to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the deceased died as issueless and husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Parents of the husband of the deceased also predeceased. Husband had no brothers and sisters and deceased had three sisters and no brothers. He further submits that, the present whereabouts of (1) Leela Vitthal and (2) Pramila Jaisingh Dhanawade, Sisters of the deceased is not known to the Applicant and the Applicant had tried to locate the whereabouts of abovenamed legal heirs from relatives, family members and friends but inspite of her efforts she did not hear of them from anyone. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed. 5.

Perused para 9 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Nav Shakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of citation upon (1) Leela Vitthal (2) Pramila Jaisingh Dhanawade, legal heirs of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
