1. The present Chamber Order is filed by Mr. Arun H. Palekar, Advocate for his discharge for Respondent No. 5 in Writ Petition No. 2878 of 2016 on the ground that despite several letters addressed to the Respondent No. 5, the said Respondent No. 5 failed to contact the Advocate for giving proper instructions. The Advocate has addressed letters dated 30.09.2025 and 03.11.2025 to the Respondent No. 5 informing that he is withdrawing his Vakalatnama in the aforesaid Writ Petition as the Respondent No. 5 failed to give proper instructions to the Applicant/Advocate.

2. The Ld. Advocate has filed Affidavit of service dated 11.12.2025 proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to the Respondent No 5, which is duly received by the Respondent No. 5 on 05.12.2025.

3. None present for Respondent No. 5.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed ...2/-
