(7) Mrs. Aarti Pal, by way of substituted service. 2.

Perused the affidavit in support and the petition. It appears from the record that Mrs. Rashmi Kantilal Mamtora, niece of the deceased, had filed an affidavit in her capacity as an attesting witness to the Will of the deceased. As per amended para 9B of the Petition it shows that she is not traceable though she had filed affidavit of attesting witness. It also appears that, no citation has been served upon her sofar. Applicant / Petitioner to take steps to serve citation upon her and file affidavit of service / additional affidavit and also to correct the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order as regards to the name of the legal heirs and upload the same on or before 19th December 2025.
