By this praecipe dated 29th January 2026, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner applied for change of newspapers to publish the citation in Gujarati language at Indore, Madhya Pradesh and also extension of time to publish the same. 2.

Perused the additional affidavit dated 5th January 2026. The Applicant has stated that, vide Order dated 1st December 2025 the Petitioner was directed to publish the citation at Indore but upon enquiry it came to the knowledge of the Petitioner that, the "Janmbhoomi" newspaper is not available at Indore. The Applicant / Petitioner has prayed to change the name of newspaper from "Janmbhoomi" to "Navbharat" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi to publish the citation.

The Order dated 1st December 2025 is modifed as under: "Applicant to publish the citation in two local newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and in "Navbharat" in vernacular language i.e. Hindi, widely circulated at Indore, Madhya Pradesh."

Time to publish the citation is extended by two weeks from today and Applicant to file the affidavit once the publication is done.
