By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment in the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petition was filed by Mrs. Reshma Jaikumar Jagadale alongwith the Applicant. He further submits that Mrs. Reshma Jaikumar Jagadale is the daughter-in-law of the deceased and she is not entitled to file the Petition for Letters of Administration to the property and credits of the deceased Chingutai Dharmaji Jagadale. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 3.

For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment within two weeks from today.
