By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon (1) Mrs. Subhangi Dhondu Pandit nee Sunanda Jayram Parab (2) Mrs. Minakshi Suresh More nee Meena Jayram Parab, Sisters of the Deceased (3) Shri Vasant Jayram Parab,

(4) Shri Shankar Jayram Parab, brothers of the deceased by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit in support that, the Applicant is not aware of the whereabouts of (1) Mrs. Subhangi Dhondu Pandit nee Sunanda Jayram Parab (2) Mrs. Minakshi Suresh More nee Meena Jayram Parab, Sisters of the Deceased (3) Shri Vasant Jayram Parab, (4) Shri Shankar Jayram Parab, brothers of the deceased and are not known to the Applicant. It is further stated that, the Applicant had tried to locate the whereabouts of the abovenamed legal heirs of the

deceased from relatives, family members and friends but inspite of his all efforts he did not hear of them from anyone. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit her to publish the citation by way of service upon ALL CONCERNED, legal heirs of the deceased, in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi. 4.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the deceased died as issueless and the husband of the deceased viz. Babu Sambhaji Kamble, predeceased the deceased. He further submits that, the Applicant is not aware of the whereabouts of (1) Mrs. Subhangi Dhondu Pandit nee Sunanda Jayram Parab (2) Mrs. Minakshi Suresh More nee Meena Jayram Parab, Sisters of the Deceased (3) Shri Vasant Jayram Parab, (4) Shri Shankar Jayram Parab, brothers of the deceased and are not known to the Applicant. He further submits that, the Applicant had tried to locate the whereabouts of the abovenamed legal heirs of the deceased from relatives, family members and friends but inspite of his all efforts he did not hear of them from anyone. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused the Petition. It appears from the Petition that, the deceased died as issueless and had fixed place of abode at District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. Free Press Journal" in English language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi widely circulated in Mumbai and Sindhudurg, by way of substituted service upon abovenamed, Legal Heirs of the Deceased, within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
