By the present Chamber Order the Applicant seeks amendment in the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 3 Cruznha Cardozo E Gracias and Petitioner No. 4 Cipriana Isidora Vaez E Gracias are wife of predeceased brothers of the deceased whose name was wrongly incorporated in the title of the Petition. She, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment within four weeks from today.
