1. The present Chamber Order is filed by Advocate Bimal Rajasekhar for discharge as Advocate for the Plaintiff in Commercial Admiralty Suit No. 47 of 2024. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the Plaintiff failed to provide any instructions nor deposited sum with the Sheriff in terms to High Court Order dated 12.09.2025 and 10.10.2025 despite email sent to the Plaintiff. The Advocate has informed to the Plaintiff vide email dated 05.11.2025 and 18.11.2025 that they are seeking discharge in the matter and the Plaintiff needs to appoint another lawyer for the captioned matter.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff tenders Affidavit of service dated 18.12.2025 proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to the Plaintiff through email dated 01.12.2025 and also informing today's date of listing of matter to the Plaintiff vide email dated 16.12.2025.

3. Plaintiff is absent.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.
