MDP Legal, Advocate for Respondent No. 2 IN S/250/2025 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant for restoration of Interim Application which was rejected vide Order dated 09.07.2025 read with Order dated 07.08.2025 under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that vide conditional Order dated 09.07.2025, Applicant was directed to remove office objections within four weeks. Applicant sought extension of time to remove office objections and vide Order dated 07.08.2025, time to remove office objections was extended till 04.09.2025.

Ld. Advocate for Applicant made a statement that all office objections have been complied with. However, inadvertently, one office objection remained to be complied. He further made a statement that now, he will pursue captioned matter diligently and therefore, prays that delay of 65 days caused in filing present Chamber Order may be condoned and Chamber Order may be allowed. Statements are accepted.

Ld. Advocate for Respondent No. 2 objected for restoration of captioned Interim Application and submits that suitable order may be passed in the present Chamber Order.

for Applicant and the grounds mentioned in the Affidavit, I am of the view that the Applicant should get one opportunity to pursue with the captioned Application diligently. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
