CHOL/635/2025 IN CTS(L)/6540/2024 P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 11.02.2025, rejecting captioned Caveat under O.S.Rule 986 for non-removal of office objections. Affidavit of Service showing service of present Chamber Order is taken on record. Today, none present on behalf of other side.

Perused Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. It is contended that the Caveat has been dismissed for non-removal of office objection and the Office objection was that the Applicant / Caveator did not mention the date of receipt of Citation. It is seen that the Applicant has taken out Interim Application (L) No. 4980 of 2025 for condonation of delay caused in filing Affidavit in support of Caveat which has been rejected vide Order dated 18.06.2025.

Ld. Advocate for Applicant / Caveator made a statement that they have not received Citation. Statement is accepted.

In view of statement made by Ld. Advocate for Applicant / Caveator, the said office objections does not survive.

Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed. Office to restore Caveat (L) No. 6540 of 2024.
