By this praecipe dated 22nd January 2026, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant applies for change of newspapers to publish the citation in Gujarat Samachar in Gujarati Language instead of Jam-e-Jamshed.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant also seeks extension of four weeks time to comply with the directions as per Order dated 15th December 2025.

Time to comply with the directions as per Order dated 15th December 2025 is extended by four weeks from today. 4.

Perused the additional affidavit filed by the Petitioner for change of newspapers. By an Order dated 15th December 2025 the Applicant / Petitioner was directed to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Jame-Jamshed" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, widely circulated in Mumbai by way of substituted service upon ALL CONCERNED legal heirs of the deceased.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Applicant is permitted to publish the citation in "Gujarat Samachar"

in stead of "Jam-e-Jamshed" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati language.

Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Gujarat Samachar" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, widely circulated in Mumbai by way of substituted service upon ALL CONCERNED legal heirs of the deceased.
