By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 1 Nileema Deepak Sawant, married daughter of the deceased expired on 12th September 2025. He further submits that the Applicant intends to bring on record the legal heirs of the Petitioner No. 1 and seeks amendments in the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and prays that the Chamber Oder be allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within eight weeks from today.
