By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the as per the consent terms dated 27th February 2025 filed in the Testamentary Suit No. 86 of 2017 in Testamentary Petition No. 1137 of 2007, it has been mutually agreed between the parties that the caveator viz. Khurshed Rustomji Printer be joined as Petitioner No. 2 to the present petition. Ld. Advocate therefore, seeks amendments in the Petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and prays that the Chamber Oder be allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
