P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the Applicant for setting aside Order dated 25.08.2025, rejecting captioned Appeal under O.S. Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant tenders Affidavit of Service showing service of Chamber Order upon other side. The same is taken on record.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that vide Order dated 25.08.2025, two weeks time was granted by this Authority to remove office objections. However, as the Clerk who was pursuing the matter, was on leave during festival and hence, he could not remove office objections within time and the matter got rejected. It is further requested to grant present Chamber Order, failing grave prejudice will cause to the Applicant.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that he will pursue with the captioned Appeal diligently and therefore, prays that present Chamber Order may be granted as prayed.

Reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in Support appears to be bonafide, and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Hence, .... 2
