By this praecipe dated 2nd February 2026 the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant seeks extension of four weeks time to comply with the directions as per Order dated 22nd December 2025. 2.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, due to illness of the Petitioner who is 84 years old the citation could not be published as per the directions given in the Order dated 22nd December 2025. He, therefore, prays that four weeks time may be extended to comply with the directions.

Time to comply with the direction to publish the citation by way of publication as per direction given vide Order dated 22nd December 2025 is extended by four weeks on the date of uploading this Order.

Applicant to file affidavit of publication within two weeks once the publication is done.
