The present Chamber Order is filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 29.07.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that the applicant has complied with all office objections within given time and office has accepted the compliance praecipe. However, captioned Petition got rejected for noncompliance of office objections. Therefore, it is prayed that captioned Petition may be restored to file.

Ld. Advocate for the respondent submitted for passing suitable order.

Considering grounds in the Affidavit, I am of the view that the applicant has made out a case for restoration of captioned Petition. Hence, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.

The petitioner to remove office objections of Petition, if any, and get the same registered and/or numbered within two weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
