By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the Citation upon Shri Jigar Vinodrai Gohil, son of the deceased by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and in "Janmbhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit that, Shri Jigar Vinodrai Gohil, had left his home since November 2024 due to difference of opinion with the family members and since then his whereabouts are not known. It is further stated that, he made inquiry with all relatives to find out his whereabouts but the Applicant could not trace his whereabouts. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit him to publish the citation by way of service upon Shri Jigal Vinodrai Gohil, son of the deceased, in two newspapers viz."Free Press Journal" in English language and in "Janmbhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati widely circulated in Mumbai.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, Shri Jigar Vinodrai Gohil, had left his home since November 2024 due to difference of opinion with the family members and since then his whereabouts are not known to the Applicant. He further submits that, he made inquiry with all relatives to find out his whereabouts but the Applicant could not trace his whereabouts. She, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 9 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspaper viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and in "Janmbhoomi" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati, widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service upon Shri Jigar Vinodrai Gohil, son of the Deceased, within six weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
